Neptune is the windiest planet in the Solar System, with her wind speed going up to 1,300 MPH (2,000 KPH). She is the 9th planet from Solar.
Bio
Neptune was angry when Pluto and the others got promoted as planets again, and she and Pluto became sorta rivals since then. It is seen that she likes music as seen owning an electric guitar and a radio. Her eyelashes were invisible in earlier episodes, so she was mistaken for a guy at that time. Her personality is based on Yumi from Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi. Neptune is always mad about the planets behind her because they're colder. She also kicked Triton to the Kuiper Belt and replaced him with a new one. She's rivals with Pluto despite both of them not being the same gender. And on top of that she really dislikes Lieopa while Lieopa also hates Neptune with a burning passion. She formed in the Solar System as a small ice planet, and grew bigger due to the increasing amount of ice and gas around her. She was fine in the Solar System. After her ejection by Jupiter and Juno, She captured Triton, which caused a revolution, which she won. After Boreas was ejected, she panicked. Nothing really important happened to her after.
Personality
Neptune used to be kind and friendly, but ever since she met Pluto, her personality changed, as mentioned by Solar in her Q&A. Now she is sarcastic, cynical, vain, and gained with self-importance. She loves music, but can be rude sometimes.
After Saturn has the Most Moons Again, Neptune has became less rude and more nicer to the other planets, including the former dwarfs. But she won't get over with the rivalry of Pluto as he was promoted to a planet. According to Uranus, she is one of the only, if not the only, planet that doesn't mock his name, and she actually likes his intelligence.

These are the moons that orbit Neptune, with a total of 14. Triton used to be a moon of Neptune, but Neptune kicked him out and replaced him with a new Triton of hers. Therefore, that makes him the leader of Neptune's moons.
